雖說Katy Perry身為音樂頒獎主持人，自己卻得最佳新人獎，自肥嫌疑但實至名歸(她歌曲太酷了~)
想不到布蘭妮也會獲獎，喀藥負面新聞不斷、老公離婚導致身材暴肥還住進療養院，頒獎典禮甩肥肉表演還被刁鑽評審說她準備要退休了?!這些重大打擊都擊敗不了她，她還是站了起來唱I Will Survie，真是給她鼓鼓掌，努力減重甩肥肉(聽說是吃止痛藥減肥，採斷食法，胃痛就吃止痛藥~)，凱旋復出回到歌壇大受好評(MV實在太辣了~~)。
回到Katy Perry身上，這歐洲頒獎典禮搞得像是她個人演唱會兼服裝秀(不到一小時換一套服裝)，很酷很屌很迷人，在頒獎現場佈置得像是夜店，昏暗燈光加上現場得獎樂隊來段SoLo，明星們就坐在大紅沙發上喝著雞尾酒舒服的接受Katy訪問，觀眾就坐在台下，還可跟明星們閒聊，真是太酷了。
